The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of sales processes, a keen eye for strategies, and an eagerness to learn and implement innovative approaches in lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms effectively to generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Craft and implement strategic plans to engage with potential clients, nurturing relationships to drive conversions.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders through targeted outreach and networking on LinkedIn.
  • Execute effective sales strategies aligned with the sales cycle to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor pitches and proposals accordingly.
  • Analyze sales funnel metrics and refine lead generation strategies for improved performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation through LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation in a business development or sales role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process, including familiarity with sales cycles and sales funnel concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads through various strategies on LinkedIn, showcasing a track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English, enabling effective client engagement.
  • Eager and quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
